Chris Sharp has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with an extensive background in developing technology strategies in global markets. He has a deep knowledge of the data center sector and is well positioned to expand technical innovation at Digital Realty.

Previously, Chris held leadership positions at top network and colocation providers, including Qwest Communications, MCI/Verizon Business, Reliance Globalcom and Equinix.

Vincent in 't Veld is Managing Director of Digital Realty Netherlands and responsible for all of Digital Realty's data center activities. As part of his role, he is responsible for defining and implementing the long-term strategy aimed at providing quality, continuity, and scalability to our national and international customers. In addition to his primary role as Managing Director Netherlands, Vincent also has regional responsibility for the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, and Sweden.

Peter van Burgel is a passionate professional with more than 20 years of management experience at various ICT and telecom companies. Since 2018 he is CEO AMS-IX, one of the largest Internet exchanges in the world. Before joining AMS-IX, van Burgel worked as Director of Digital Transformation at Westcon. Peter is particularly interested in the topics Global & IT Business Transformation and Change Management.

Vivianne Bendermacher has appeared as a tech journalist on popular TV shows and podcasts, such as the award-winning podcast “Takedown”.

Her career in technology began in journalism, where she earned her spurs as chief and managing editor for leading publications such as KIJK and VIVA. For the past ten years, as former Managing Director and co-founder of Techionista, she has worked to increase diversity in the tech industry by retraining women as data and AI professionals.

Michiel van Otegem is Associate Director at Accenture Netherlands, where he leads the Cloud Advisory team. Michiel is a thought leader in Sovereign Cloud solutions, part of the European Sovereign Cloud practice and co-lead for Accenture Netherlands Sovereign Innovation Center. Before joining Accenture, Michiel was part of different engineering teams a Microsoft developing Sovereign Solutions, influencing Microsoft’s strategy on Sovereign Public Cloud, Sovereign Private Cloud, and National Partner Clouds.

Marcel Giacomini is a Vice President for cloud systems solution engineering at Oracle for the EMEA region, with more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry. He graduated from IBO Business School University in the Netherlands. Throughout his career, he has worked with the world's leading organisations and prior to his current role. One of the key areas he is most active in is the multi-cloud model, where security, data unification and governance play a key role and are of high interest to many customers that Marcel meets regularly. He currently manages a team of engineers, tackling today's complex business challenges, bringing in different perspectives and nurturing talent.

Marjolein Dieperink is an energy lawyer based in Amsterdam with a strong focus on the energy sector and energy projects.

Marjolein has experience in renewables such as solar, wind and heat projects and grids and a broad experience in the field of (SDE) subsidies, (environmental) permits, tendering and sector specific legislation (Electricity Act 1998, Gas Act and Heat Act). In addition, she is a sector specialist and coordinates the regulatory, corporate, real estate and other legal activities related to an energy project.

Marjolein is also a professor at VU University Amsterdam, at the chair of Climate Change and Energy Transition. This chair focuses on the regulatory framework for renewable energy projects.

Paula Cogan as EMEA Managing Director, is a seasoned leader with expertise in sales and strategic transformation and has a proven track record of leadership across the digital infrastructure landscape, empowering high-performance cultures while delivering top-line revenue results.

Prior to joining Digital Realty, Paula held the role of Chief Executive Officer of euNetworks Group. She spent six years at COLT, ultimately as Chief Commercial Officer. She has over 30 years of experience working in the telecom industry and has held various senior leadership positions in companies such as British Telecom (BT) and Verizon.

Domenic is an accomplished operations leader with decades-long experience delivering large-scale international construction and data centre projects. Known for his strong technical engineering background and ability to lead diverse, multi-disciplinary teams, he brings a balanced blend of strategic oversight, project delivery expertise and organisational leadership, having successfully completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.

Since joining Mercury in 2006, Domenic has progressed through key technical and management roles across Europe and the Middle East, overseeing portfolios for major clients, advancing safety, quality, commercial performance and digital innovation.

Marianne was a member of the National Board of the VVD (Dutch liberal party), responsible for talent education and management from 2010 till 2018, and, as a member of the National Scouting Committee, also responsible for putting together the national and European electoral lists of the VVD.

Marianne worked as a software sales and marketing specialist at Apple and Digital Equipment Corporation for over ten years, before starting her career in public administration in different roles.
