WTF @

Capacity LATAM

Monday March 16th

4pm - 6:30pm

Grand Hyatt São Paulo

Women Leading the Next Wave of Infrastructure in LATAM.

Women’s Tech Forum is gathering alongside Capacity LATAM to spotlight the women shaping one of the fastest-growing digital infrastructure markets in the world.

With LATAM’s data center market projected to nearly double by 2030, the region is attracting global capital, hyperscale investment, and major renewable energy commitments. But growth brings real questions — around sustainability, regulation, water, and leadership.

This 45-minute panel brings together executive voices from across the region to discuss:

- What’s driving investment across Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, and emerging markets
- How AI and cloud expansion are reshaping infrastructure strategy
- The realities of powering growth responsibly
- The leadership experiences that shaped their careers

We’ll begin with a women-only networking reception, followed by the panel discussion. Afterward, we open the lawn for broader networking and welcome male allies.

Enhance your user experience and build brand equity with your design vernacular.

Join Women’s Tech Forum as we kick off PTC with an evening built for connection, real conversations, and community.

We’ll gather for welcome drinks, a fireside chat with women leading the next wave of global connectivity, and plenty of space to meet new people before the conference starts rolling.

Our last hour opens to invited male allies—brought along by a WTF member—to help close the night with inclusive networking.

Space is limited, so RSVP now to ensure your participation in this unforgettable evening.

What we will cover?

• The profound link between authenticity and inclusion
• How to identify and interrupt internalized bias and self-limiting beliefs and behaviors
• How to embrace and leverage your cultural differences
• An exploration of The Three Selves, including a methodology for choosing how and when to be your Authentic Self and when to be adaptive
• Self-reflection strategies for understanding your preferred behaviors, where you’re conforming and why/when to adapt behaviors
• The importance of mental health and well-being
• How to unlock the potential in your team members and promote innovation, engagement and empowerment
• Practical strategies for overcoming the barriers to authenticity

Close out your 2021 feeling empowered to be your true self.

“

I’m really new to the industry and on an all-male team, so having a WTF event where you can meet other women in the industry and hear their stories is really important. I think it also calms the nerves before going to a really big conference; that way you’ll have a few friendly faces you’ll see throughout the week.

WOMENS TECH FORUM

The Women’s Tech Forum (WTF) is a grassroots effort focused on connecting women in the cloud, networking, and data center infrastructure industry. Our origin story came from asking two simple questions: “Why aren’t there more women in our industry?” and “how come more of us don’t know each other?” We strongly believe in creating a safe environment for women to use their voices'.

The entire WTF community has their hands on the steering wheel and we’re so excited to see where and how far we’ll go together.
